How fast are the Flash and Superman?

After the retcon, I heard Flash can run faster than Superman, but Im still curious, how fast in MPH does the Flash run and the same goes for Superman.How fast are the Flash and Superman?The current Flash with the use of the Speed Force has run at or beyond the speed of light several times.How fast are the Flash and Superman?Really Fast. Back in the silver age of DC comics both of these characters were so fast that they could time travel. The present day Superman and Flash aren't as powerfull. They've been toned down quite a bit.
