How would the world REALLY treat a superman like being?

Seriously, if a man fell from the Sky and showed his abilities and wanted to offer our world help... would the world SERIOUSLY bring them into their hearts and live like a fairy tale comic? Or would it be more complicated than that? Debate.How would the world REALLY treat a superman like being?First the government would want him captured before anything. The thing about our government is that they need to be in control of everything, so if you have a guy flying around with super powers you can be sure they will go to any depths to find and capture him for interrogation. He'd be a wanted man the second he lifts off the ground to fly. Not that they would be able to because he's supposed to be a "super man" but they can't just let something like that happen. They would always think of the worst case scenario; he either turns against humans and kill them or side with a different country. Me personally wouldn't really care. It's out of my hands. I could only hope for the best out of him. Can't really make the world any worst that it is. But then again, it depends if people believe he's a magical being or not. But seriously, I would freak out and hide under a blanket. Or go on an adventure to find him.
