I was on rideofsteel.com and noticed that they had posted something about superman ride of steel being closed. Wanted to know if it was true or not.Does anyone know if and why superman ride of steel is closed?Funny you should ask this question. I just read about it tonight! sometimes rides need to shut down for a while because there may be air pressure thats too high...or the ride needs to re-boot...there are many many reasons why any of these rides can closeDoes anyone know if and why superman ride of steel is closed?Are you stupid! hey i was wondering the same thing cause i'm going to six flags on sat. and i'd never been on superman, and i was curious why it was closed. i've been checking everday on the website for the past month, and it keeps saying that the ride is temporarily closed. curiousity: maybe it is related to where the girl got her feet cut off, maybe they are checking all superman rides to make sure they're ok and they haven't checked the new england one yet?



after labor day, parks are only open on the weekends and the water parks are closed. same thing with lake compounce. for this saturday, it said the ride is open, yet closed during the week. the parks probably not open during the week, hence the ride not being open
