Should I wear my Superman Shirt to a Christopher Reeve fundraiser?

Sunday I'm going to Chicago to a Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation fundraiser, Comedy for a Cure starring Chelsea Handler. It's not black tie but I want to wear my Superman shirt under my dress shirt good idea or not?
