2.bizarro has the same powers as superman,now some writers have given bizarro some of superman's powers in opposite(ie superman had heat vision,bizarro has freeze vision.superman has freeze breath,bizarro has super hot breath)



3.ultraman because he possesses 2 things that bizarro doesn't:intellegence and ruthlessness!
