Well Superman was an illegal immigrant from Krypton so I guess him and Captain America would have to do battle and if memory serves me correctly Superman had more powers than Captain America so I'm guessing we'd lose.LOL
Captain America would meet with Capitan Mexico and talk on how to help out.



The Man of Steel would help get rid of the corruptnes in Mexico.



Then Mexico would be self-sustained.
Superman would use his X- Ray Vision to find the illegals in hiding and blow them with his Lungs of Steel into outer space with the rest of the aliens.
