Why does Superman save everyone, regardless of whether they believe in him or not?

I mean, if a plane falls down and he catches it, shouldn't he ask which passengers doesn't believe in him first and throw them off the plane, before he carries it to safety? Why does Superman save everyone, regardless of whether they believe in him or not?Neither of them exist and therefore don't really save anyone - that's like asking what is Scooby Doo doing about gun crime! Why does Superman save everyone, regardless of whether they believe in him or not?
Because Superman isn't a douche-bag.Why does Superman save everyone, regardless of whether they believe in him or not?He doesn't save the ones who refuse to let him save them.
Why, so Batman can have extra business? Why does Superman save everyone, regardless of whether they believe in him or not?No, because Superman isn't God.Why does Superman save everyone, regardless of whether they believe in him or not?
See, he is so imperfect he isn't perfect enough to be unable to be in the presence of people who didn't believe he existed before they had any evidence that he existed. Simple really.
Suoperman stands up for the greater good. So no matter if your mostly good or mostly bad he would still try and save your life. He isnt god either. So not believeing him doesnt make him dissappear. Why does Superman save everyone, regardless of whether they believe in him or not?
Because Superman actually loves all people.

god could take lessons from him.
Same Reason Santa gets everyone toys.

No not love. To rub spite in the faces on the non-believers.
Because it is the Right Thing To Do, and therefore it is written into their personality.
Because he's nicer than God.
Because he is a hero, not a "god". Huge difference.
