How do you do the superman/trampoline/mega-jump glitch on Skate 2?

I've tried sooo hard sooo many times.A bunch of different methods, and i don't think it can be patched. Please help?How do you do the superman/trampoline/mega-jump glitch on Skate 2?no-comply:

1- with the left trigger bend down until you almost grab your board.

2- do a no-comply- press X then with then olli

3- you should go flying

Superman:

1-skate a little

2- get off your board

3- press Y and quickly press LT RT and B

you have to do it quickly or it wont work



Spaz glitch:

i think you skate a little

get off your board, throw it

press Y and then all the buttons i also got a little air by just pressing Y and B and the same time and taping them.
