How come Superman never appeared in the Static cartoon?

Not with the Justice League or solo. I'm just curious.How come Superman never appeared in the Static cartoon?Static and Superman teamed up in "Toys in the Hood."How come Superman never appeared in the Static cartoon?because it got canceled before the had a chance, the teen titans were supposed to have a cross over with him too but that never happened same reason
