Yes,every episode.Just look around his apartment and you'll see statues or other things placed around.Other times he mentions him and he even did an American Express commercial imitating superman and then he did an animated movie where he was super bee..

there is a magnet on the Refrigerator and a statue/action figure on the book shelf, and since every episode I've seen has a shot of one or the other in the background (how many times does Kramer raid Jerry's fridge, or do two or more people talk while sitting on the couch in front of the book shelf)
if that's not enough I also believe they occasionally threw little things into the script
and Yes, Jerry is a huge Superman fan in real life, no doubt due in part to the fact Superman was created by 2 nice young Jewish boys, both with the initials J.S.
