Why doesn't Modern Warfare 3 have a website? Or where is it?

The reason Call of Duty has been selling so well is due to it's big hype and major sales due to massive amounts of advertising but since it's announce, it really hasn't made it's presence like in recent years. Why is this? Does Infinity Ward believe that because Call of Duty already has such a massive hype that it doesn't really need anymore for MW3? Or is it due to their number one competitor, Battlefield 3. That's been well advertised for quite some time now, their official website being very active, forums, new videos, images, news feed from twitter and facebook. But Modern Warfare 3 doesn't have any of this... Not officially anyway. Why could this be?

Please explain your opinions on the topic and if I'm just not capable of finding it (Well, if I can Search Battlefield and find Battlefield 3, then sure Modern Warfare 3 would result in an official website...), then please tell me where to find it. I'd really like to read what Activision and IW have to say about their new... umm... old game (You know, cause they're using the same engine as they did with Call of Duty 2, except it's just slightly modified in a few places, COD 4, had IW 3.0, then so did WaW and then MW2 used IW 4.0 and then Black Ops used a slightly tweaked IW 3.0 and now MW3 has preset destruction with IW 4.0...Why doesn't Modern Warfare 3 have a website? Or where is it?
